Created with the problem of anxiety in mind, this class offers relaxing meditations together with Buddha’s wisdom advice on developing and maintaining a peaceful mind.

This class helps to:

  • Calm agitated minds.

  • Gently explore the inner causes of anxiety and how to reduce them.

  • Develop strategies for navigating our daily life more peacefully.
