From Craving to Contentment

Afternoon Course

Saturday, 26th April

About this course

Craving is a mind that pushes away the very happiness it desires. It is an addictive mind that leaves us tired, depressed, anxious and miserable! Contentment however, is a mind that is joyful, flexible, balanced and open to possibility. It is the foundation of delighting in life’s true treasures.

On this course we will enjoy meditations that gradually reduce the power of our craving and cultivate, instead, the refreshing mind of contentment.

We will explore:

  • Why craving can never make us happy.

  • The motivating, joyful nature of true contentment.

  • How to move towards contentment even when your craving is at its worst.

See the Q&A below for more info on our courses.
